I am a full time children's performer and bought two of the Happie Amps PA systems from Brian at B. Happie. I love them! Using one is just enough for a birthday or classroom, no problem. But I love that you can use two at the same time to get great, balanced sound without wires at those somewhat larger events. My setup takes about 1 minute to walk to each side of the stage, raise the antennas, and turn on each unit. The carrying cases are vented so I don't even have to take them out of their carrying cases (plus the fabric case looks a lot better than the, admittedly, cheap looking plastic amps). Because you can vary the volume from your belt pack, you don't even need to mess with the settings on the amps (I usually leave them at 3/4). And because each system comes with two belt packs and four mics, I feel like I have all the parts I'll ever need, even if one breaks. I also spent the extra money on the hand held mic and love having the option to interview the assistants in front of a large crowd.Brian was very helpful and with his 100% guarantee I didn't see how I could go wrong. I have been using B. Happie Entertainment for years and years and have always been more than satisfied. This time I asked Brian to recommend a performer that would satisfy kids of all ages and the families as well. Brian was so helpful. I just had Brian do my 2 daughter's birthday party on February 13th, 2010 and he was great again! We also had him last year and my girls love him! He is very entertaining, not only for the kids, but for the adults in the crowd as well. We are still trying to figure out how he does the rope trick! If you are looking for a way to entertain kids, Brian is the way to go! He does a great job with face painting as well and is extremely fast with balloon art for the kids too. We booked him for 90 minutes but we could have had him stay all day and have fun. He is great with the kids and keeps an upbeat feel at the event. He arrived 30 minutes prior to show time to set up and was very organized! The booking process was easy and everything went off without a hitch. We decided to have a combined adult/child holiday party this year, and I wasn't sure how to entertain over 40 kids of all ages while simultaneously allowing the parents to enjoy adult conversation. I am an entertainer in a different market, and heard about Brian's service for other entertainers. I bought a sound system from him and the price was fantastic, it arrived OVERNIGHT (even with free shipping! ) and every thing was exactly as advertised. I spoke with Brian a couple of times on the phone and he was always upbeat, helpful and genuinely cared, not only that I got what I ordered, but that I was getting what I needed and that the process itself was a good experience. I had my sons 1st birthday/Baptism/Baby Naming party yesterday in Point Pleasant and Bruce from B. Happie Entertainment performed. After a musician for kids, a ceremony, and nearly two hours into the party, I wasn't all that convinced the kids would be able to concentrate, but I was wrong! They were all glued to the stage and very excited! Bruce was outstanding! He was everything you'd want and more from a magician for kids. People raved about the way he performed and how the children were so into each trick. They loved the bunny, balloon animals, and especially loved when he taught them some tricks at the end of the show. My friend emailed this morning telling me her boys pretended to be magicians all last night. All we wanted was someone to simply keep the kids busy and "entertain" them and got so much more.
