I have been taking Dustin's classes for a year and a half. I just had a cholesterol test, and my total and LDL (bad) cholesterol are down 40 points! !! Dustin's classes are challenging and fun. He designs a new workout every day, keeping it interesting. He is a talented trainer, and can modify every exercise based on your physical limitations (knee, shoulder, back, etc). Thanks, Dustin!
