Great customer service! :) Ordered online and was called back to let me know they didn't have the flowers needed for that arrangement and they would get restock the next day. I said it was okay to have them delivered the next day. The day of the delivery I was asked if there was another place to drop the flowers off because I wasn't home and it was too hot to leave them outside. I thought that was nice and very accommodating. Whole process was good. I was just disappointed with the arrangement, it didn't look like the picture yet I know it's an approximation of the final product. :( More...

What can I say! I found AZ Whittier on Facebook and from day 1 Zimri (I believe that's her name) got back to me right away! She was so patient and told me to send her pictures of what I wanted. We talked back and forth and we finally set up a sample appt for wedding centerpieces on a Sunday. From the time I met her she was easy to talk to, welcoming, and she basically made my centerpiece sample really fast because she was super busy that day, but it came out beautiful!!! I love creating and making floral arrangements and helping the customer find what they are looking for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We grew up with our family owning their flower shops. It was something that interested us as kids and we learned how to create something so beautiful with flowers. Such as archways, bridal bouquets, and simple birthday arrangements. It's an art that is made with flowers.
