For Christmas, my BF enrolled me in one of AZ Cake Shoppe's cake decorating classes. I HIGHLY recommend it if you love baking! Bonnie was a great and patient teacher. Small classes, so you can have hands-on learning, and they even provide tips and tools for future use. My skill level was beginner, but they offer classes for more experienced bakers as well.
