What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people - I love helping them see things that they don't or have dismissed about themselves that can make a big difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My corporate job was taking me down a path that didn't align with the way I wanted to practice my profession - I didn't feel like myself anymore. Going into business for myself was something I'd always wanted to do so I finally took the plunge.
Why should our clients choose you?
I know personally that making changes can be really difficult and it's hard to stay on track - life happens. I make sure that my clients get a combination of structure, accountability, and encouragement that keeps them moving forward - zig zags and all.

Career Coaching
I help people figure out what they want to do next and develop a plan to get there. I use a holistic approach to ensure that all things are being considered in the decision making process to ensure that your energy is spent wisely. I also have assessment tools that can come in handy to help with figuring things out. I'm an HR professional and very experienced in recruiting. If job seeking is involved, I can provide you with insights from the other side of the desk that will help you prepare for job searching and interviewing.
Life Coaching
I help people mainly with determining what's really important to them and what they want so they can make decisions and take action. Accountability is a big part of this service as is support. Support is there to celebrate your wins but more importantly to set you back on track when life happens and you get thrown off course. This process is fluid and based on the individual's needs and goals.
Management Training
I provide training for managers who are new to management and those that are struggling as managers. I like to take the perspective that managers don't have to manage as much if they're leaders first. I use DISC and Motivators assessment tools as well as others to help managers recognize their communication styles and those that they manage because communication in these roles is key. I also train managers from an HR perspective so that there is a good understanding of best practices and the importance of that from a risk management perspective.
