I was hospitalized in March due to muscle spasms in my neck and back. After describing my symptoms and paid to Demitra over the phone, she sent me a web page full of stretches that I can do to alleviate my current pain and prevent future pain. I do the stretches and deep breathing every night - they help me wind down after a long day. I also do them first thing in the morning and they help me prepare prepare for my day. Demitra is very thoughtful and intentional with her recommendations and the fact that I am living without pain is proof that her recommendations and expertise are hands-down THE best. Thank you!!
