AMAZING.I was looking for a good place to try on our trip from Indianapolis to Pittsburgh, and I saw this place had good reviews, so I thought I'd try it. Boy am I glad I did! Food was DELICIOUS. I found out toward the end of the meal that they make all their dressings and sauces in house, and I am a sauce guy, and the bbq sauce they gave me was great. But what really stood out was the burger - every ingredient cooked and combined to near-perfection. Carmelized onions - oh wow - such good flavor, and excellent texture too! Cheese (particularly the gouda) - a generous amount and oh so melty and delicious. Mushrooms - cut and cooked and seasoned delightfully! Bacon - quality - THICK and crispy! Bun? Buttered and toasted just right... and of course, the patty - oh man, excellent crispiness on top and bottom, super flavorful and moist, cooked an excellent medium-rare doneness as well.Plus the fries were delicious as well! And, they place was charming, and the staff was great as well! Waited about 5 minutes fo . Table, and our burgers (and fries and salad) were out about 10 minutes after we ordered them!Do yourself a favor and check this place out! First time here and first impressions are tiny place with few seats and next to no parking. Cool place on the inside though, good place for a date night in my opinion, wouldn't bring the whole family along. Highlights were that the service and staff were excellent...very polite and friendly. The poutine appetizer was awesome and the gravy was amazing. They should put it on everything...it's that good. My burger was good, and I don't eat many anymore due to the texture being offputting to me now. Side salad and fries were solid as well and would definitely order again.The downside was the chicken in my wife's caesar salad. You know how if chicken isn't cooked right and/or is freezer burndt then cooked it has a VERY chewy texture? Yeah it was like that. Not good, but with the odd chicken set aside, the salad itself was good. If we manage to get another date night visiting this area again we may give them another shot just based from the service and gravy alone! More...
