My car unfortunately got broken into in Oceanside and I was so upset!! I didn't know where to go to especially since my husband is deployed I had to find a solution! I came across this shop and took a chance on the store. It was so convient! I had a trashbag over my window before and the guys allowed me to just drop it off-they would do all the work. I am so glad I went to this shop! They were fast, efficent, and very helpful! My 2006 Mazda was about 201$ and it was such a good price for their work!! Excellent experience. Friendly, professional service. Great communications throughout the windshield replacement process.They completed the replacement even before the agreed upon time and sent me a message to let me know they are ahead of schedule .Will keep an eye on the actual replacement but from my initial impressions a true 5 star experience that I would highly recommend!UPDATE:A few days after the replacement windshield had been installed I noticed significant wind noise coming from the windshield at speed of 50Mph +I took it back to the shop and the were very professional and supportive and indicated that they would do a windshield pressure test to see if there were any air leaks. Test was perfumed 3 x and no air leaks were identified.This left me now in a tough spot and after doing some research and confirmation from owner it seems that aftermarket non-acoustic glass was used.I feel this place is really great but fell short in one area (thus the reduction of rating) and that is being upfront and transparent that the glass you will receive is NOT the same quality and does not preform the same as the OEM windshield (acoustic) glass. This is especially important when they are clearly aware that luxury vehicles are equipped with that acoustic / sound deadening glass and what you are getting is clearly not. My suggestion to the business (as I have zero ill will towards them) is to be upfront with their potentials customers on the glass they provide and I'd even say give them the option to pick the higher end OEM glass if they so choose knowing at that point the clear difference between the two. Entire back window shattered 5:30pm on a Monday evening. Called, and had an appointment set for Tuesday afternoon for a complete replacement. I showed up at the prescribed time, they take care of everything, match the tint to my existing tint color, clean as a whistle, and I was out of there in less than two hours...I couldn't believe it. These guys really are amazing! I've brought two cars here in the last year and both came out amazing. *MILITARY PLEASE READ*I have brought 4 of my vehicles here for tint over the years. I have the ceramic all the way around my truck. My back glass was scratched due to a stroller and my husband called and spoke to Dan who quoted him $65.00. I took my truck in and they proceeded to tell me they would never of quoted that (Dan is who I dealt with today) completely rude and unable to work with.
