The ability to help shop owners become even more successful than what they are already is what I love most! It is what drives me!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To make a difference. Not to be one of this major companies that do not see the client as a person but more as a number or worse yet, a dollar sign only.

The drive and passion I have versus others is why my clients have chosen me over the rest. The fact I actually care not saying it but showing it every time we communicate is the difference.

Yes, we do. We either use Zoom or Microsoft Teams to communicate via online as well as with emails and phone calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Shop visits still occur but with masks and use of hand sanitizer and so forth. Most clients are vaccinated and very cautious in all they do as it is.
