wish there was zero or negative star option available. Â I scheduled an appointment with the very nice receptionist for AC repair on Saturday between 9 to 11am. Â I got up early and ran my errands to be sure to be back by 9am. Â The service guy Randy calls at 8:15 saying he was on his way. Â I explained i would be home by the agreed 9:00am appointment time. Â He says with a very unprofessional attitude that he is on a tight schedule and now would need to reschedule for Tuesday. Â I said that I wasnt the one that suddenly changed the appointment time. He basically just says it's not his problem. I'm without AC and very irate at his behavio. More...

The worst company I've dealt with. Hired them to replace my HVAC system. Randy did a crappy job and he left a huge hole in the new system and covered it by duct tape. I got different contractors after having issues with the newly installed system, and they were laughing about the stupidity and carelessness of the installer. The personal are rude and unprofessional. I would never ever hire them again!! More...
