We've eaten in many fine restaurants but hands down this was the best meal we've ever had. Everyone of our guests said the same. Jesse prepared an amazing 6 course meal for my Son's wedding in Cambria. He orchestrated and served so many different delicious tastes and stunning presentations. I booked Chef Jesse for a private dinner, with a breakfast, and lunch the following day for our anniversary trip to Big Sur. Jesse cooked us an amazing four course meal and the sommelier he worked with did a wonderful job of matching each of our different dishes in each course with excellent wine. Among our favorites were the Arancini with smoked Meyer lemon & truffle oil, the Ahi Tuna Poki, and our main dishes of Lobster Rissotto, and Dukkah Crusted Lamb. Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection and I can easily say it was the best meal that my wife and I have ever enjoyed together. Chef Jesse also prepared an awesome breakfast the next morning of breakfast sliders, and a lox plate that were to die for, along with a killer Charcutarie board for lunch. I can say with confidence that I would be trilled to have been served any of the dishes that he prepared at a fine restaurant, but for him to prepare and serve each course himself was really something special. Regardless of the excellent cooking Chef Jesse was so personable and easy to work with. His professional yet approachable demeanor lends itself to my recommendation that if you find yourself in need of a private Chef for a dinner, or an event and you do not select Chef Jesse you have missed out on a tremendous opportunity. We hired Chef Jesse to cook us a romantic dinner for our anniversary. Jesse worked with us on creating a menu that was perfect.
He always responded quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. On the night of our dinner, he brought us an extra treat to help celebrate our special night. He kept social distance from us, wore proper mask and gloves throughout the night. The food was phenomenal!! Everything was cooked to perfection, he served us 4 courses and everything was absolutely perfect! If you're in the area, you definitely want to utilize his services, he is such a pleasure. We can not wait to come back and have his food again.

The chef prepared for my family the best Valentines meal, no best Meal of our lives. I can’t say enough good thing about his profession nature, and ability to adapt under pressure. He Rose to the occasion an executed a epic meal fit for a king and queen. If Thomas Keller was eating at our table he would have been impressed. Ausie Chef was well worth every penny, and helped create a memory that will last in my mind, and my children’s minds forever. Many thanks to him and his supportive wife.
