To take a page out of Gary Vaynerchuk's book, we usually start with:
1. What service/product are you looking to market, solve for, or showcase online?
2. How will you judge the overall success of your online solution?
3. What are the current struggles you're facing within the business, with the product, or with public outreach?
Then we start to dig deeper so to provide our best recommendation for moving forward in a clear, streamlined manner - effectively circumventing or resolving issues and concerns.
