We purchased our home in August and are still in the process of renovating the entire place. Â We've started to slowly move in and after a couple of nights, we noticed how cold the place was. Heater wasn't ready to hook up just yet during the reno but should it be this cold? We found out that insulation hadn't yet been installed in the attic. Â Since I couldn't take another night of freezing temps, I sent Attic Masters a Yelp message the following morning to request an estimate. I quickly received a message back asking if I was available to schedule an appointment that afternoon. They came out and were professional. I received an estimate and although it was my only estimate for the job (I typically get at least 2 to compare prices) I felt that it was reasonable based on the previous reviews on here. Â And another selling point was that they can do the installation the next day! The installers came the following afternoon and did a great job. They were done in a couple of hours where they vacuumed cleaned the attic, sealed open vents and installed all new insulation. I was pleased at how quickly this was all done. Avi came out within two days of requesting quotes from  four companies. He was very competitive with the quotes for insulation and rodent protection , but what set them apart was being able to provide a small platform area that can be used for storage and relocating a vent. Juan and his crew came out and did an amazing job even following COVID guidelines. They started with job prep of the attic area to minimize any dust outside into our living areas which was appreciated. I was able to inspect after the cleaning step and I also did a final walk thru and was blown away by how thorough Juan and his team were.I am so glad that I went with this company and I  have already shared their name with a few friends. After shopping around a few quotes, ended up going with Attic Masters based on availability, pricing, and comfort with the scope. Overall it was a good experience and our home is now properly insulated.The issues, during the initial quote inspection we were advised it would be a one day project and It ended up being two days which impacted my plans for the week. At first the company offered to come back 2 days later but that was not convenient for us. I requested for a shift to the next day which they accommodated. During the insulation repair the team did drop one of the attic vents in the master bedroom but caused no damage to our tv fortunately.Again overall good experience and would recommend the company. TRULY, As good as it gets! Attic Masters was the 4th (and last) company I looked into. Their representative, Avi, came out and gave me a very thorough assessment and explanation after looking around in my attic. He was knowledgeable and patient as I asked questions and told him what others had said previously. I was sent a detailed account of all work to be done with costs. In the end, I felt that this company was the most thorough, responsible, and honest. I am so glad I made this choice! Juan, Carlos, and Otni came out the first day to sanitize and seal up openings. All were extremely polite, respectful, and thoughtful! They worked all day with only a lunch break and cleaned up magnificently! I was impressed! They returned this morning and again, worked their tails off! Wearing plastic suits and masks in this heat, they installed new ducts and insulation today. When I saw some of the blow-in insulation in the air outside I feared a disaster. Quite the contrary! When they were done, Juan walked around with me and checked every vent. Once again, they cleaned up so well you would never have known they were here! I would like to mention that Juan, like Avi, was very thoughtful in answering my questions and concerns. The company used to remove the asbestos wrap around my old ductwork was also professional. They were in and out quickly and very responsive to my concerns. I received a fair and reasonable quote to remove and replace insulation and rodent-proof the attic. (I forgot the name of the person who came out, but he was very personable and easy to talk with as well as he understood what needed to get done. ) The crew came out a couple days later, on time and ready to work. Otni was the lead and they did a fine job! I was told to give them a call if I noticed any rodent activity, Â and someone will be out in a week or so to check on the traps they left just in case. Juan came out and did a final check. All is good! I emailed and called the office a few times during the process. Â Selena was the one I communicated via email and phone, and she handled everything in a professional and timely manner; it is comforting knowing that your email or voice message will be returned quickly. Â I could tell that they were professional in things like setting up the appointment, their website, and their reputation. I do not have enough good things to say about this company! Avi gave me an awesome bid and that's when I could already see that I had chosen the correct company to work with. Juan and his crew came out and did a great job. They removed the old insulation I had in my attic for over 15 years and cleaned my attic. They installed some new R38 batts insulation and some ducts. There is a major difference when I compare the temperature in my house prior to them coming out. I barely use my AC now and I used to use it all the time in the past! Unbelievable results. I've long had issues with the insulation in my garage so I finally decided to do something about it (I've also long had issues with procrastination). I heard about Attic Masters through word of mouth and they seemed to have a very good reputation - you have to be careful since there can be some sketch companies out there.I called them up and told them that I probably needed to replace the insulation in my garage. Right away, I noted that they were very polite on the phone and answered all the questions I had regarding the installation process, and gave me a fairly priced quote. We set up an appointment for the following day.When they arrived, they were very professional, unlike the last time I hired a company and they sent a couple of guys over in a rusty van that were wearing shorts and flip-flops (apparently, they were going to go chill at the beach after our appointment). Anyway, the Attic Masters guys went to work right away and removed the insulation in my garage and installed new ones. They also cleaned and decontaminated it (thank goodness!), and Juan (one of the worker-dudes) was very helpful in mentioning what to look out for in the future.Thank you Attic Masters for making the whole process efficient and painless.
