We think she is AMAZING!! I have done counseling in the past, with a couple other therapists, but Mrs. Hughes knows her stuff! I was referred to her by my doctor. We chose her after I did my research on her, and learned of her past experiences, as well as her extensive background in multiple fields ranging from marriage counseling, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Etc. You name it, I think she probably will know plenty about it! Not to mention, she is constantly learning new things herself, which keeps her up to date with new strategies, symptoms, conditions, medications, etc.One important thing to me, that I have already noticed, is that she makes a point to know her client. We were able to pick up right where we left off with the last session which makes each session more productive because we do not have to remind her what we were talking about, or what issues we were currently having. She also appears to be a great judge of character, even just by the info she is given, without knowing or seeing them in person. I was able to give minimal facts about certain relatives, and it was like she knew exactly the type of person they were/are.We HIGHLY recommend her! She is not only helping us save our marriage, but she is also helping us individually, especially ME! I honestly enjoy talking with her, and even when she tells me things I know, but don't want to hear, I appreciate her for being upfront and honest, without beating around the bush or sugar coating things.
