I live in diamond hill...and am a single woman, which means many business will try to over price me, talk down to me, or treat me differently than some one else. love Atf roofing because they were genuine, real, honest, and very detailed. The salesman; Ethan, told me at one point," I am going to teach more about roofing than you ever wanted to know".He was thorough, funny, and very professional. Spoke with Josh and he had somebody out to do an inspection very quickly. I then worked with Ethan who knew exactly what to look for and took pictures for my insurance company. The rest was very smooth and precise. The crew did a great job of keeping my yard clean and the few scattered pieces that fell Ethan was there to make sure all was cleaned. Awesome job from these guys. I had initially had my insurance company come out and inspect my roof but they were eager to get in and out. All of my neighbors were getting their roofs replaced no problem, except for mine. I spoke with Josh about my issue and he explained the entire process so well. Him and his co worker came out next day and verified significant damages. So we worked together to have my insurance come out one more time and got the roof approved!!! Decided to look up roofing companies online and called all of the ones with the best reviews. At first ATF did not get my business. I had went with a bigger roofing company solely because they came out same day to do a temporary repair. I found out that was a gimmick used by roofing contractors to hold their spot and put a sign in our lawn. Weeks went on and I never heard from the roofing company until they finally sent an estimate asking for my deductible plus some.. I then contacted ATF to come by one more time and I was very pleased with the agreement we worked out. They were able to give me a architectural shingled roof and worked with me on my deductible. I am honestly the worst review writer, but I would like to highlight on ATF for going above and beyond with my wife and I. Josh did a temp repair free of charge and would not take a dime from us. He then consulted on our behalf with a bitter insurance adjuster who tried to deny our roof. While I was at work Josh was there with my wife supervising the job. The two became best friends I swear. He was very polite and took her around town for errands because she is unable to drive. Not sure how many contractors would do that, but definitely worth the review. More...

We used Atf Roofing to replace our roof after ours was damaged by hail. They did an excellent job, and the owner Alfredo was a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained all of our options, and even talked us out of a roof that would have made him more money since we didn't need that particular upgrade. He is a great guy that stands by his work and cares about the quality of his work. if you're looking for an estimate from a company who's not too cheap or not too expensive I would choose ATF. Some companies had outrageous prices while others seemed a little sketchy. Josh and Ethan were very knowledgeable and detailed on all their services. I have pictures, estimates, warranties and contracts all in my email so it made it easy to keep up with. Before selling my property I needed: a full roof replacement, 2 panel fence repair and mowing a lawn that had not been cut in over 2 months. .. All needing to be done 5 days prior to closing.The property cleaned up very well! I knew my roof needed to be replaced soon, but this past storm confirmed it. I had a pouring leak coming through my back living room. Come to find out, a tree had topped over from the neighbors backyard and put a hole in my roof.. Josh and his crew showed up same day and waited in their truck until the rain died. They repaired the roof from the inside then went outside and sawed the tree in pieces to remove it. From there they also patched the outside! I've never seen a company go out of there way like that. I highly recommend Trinidad! Had a couple projects to get done. I live out of state, but have a place in Saginaw for my daughter. Omar and his crew worked with me through the projects, via phone, text, and email. Just what I needed. My husband and I were having major issues with our insurance company approving a new roof. The adjuster would show up while nobody was home and we had to wait a whole year to try again. Since then we were dishing out money left and right for repairs. We were hoping to have a reliable contractor to help us this year and Josh was very punctual from the start. He understood our situation and made sure he was at my home early to catch the adjuster. it was funny actually because the 2 were debating over the qualifications. He was on time, provided before and after pictures of roof issues, a narrative about the overall condition of our roof, and did professional and timely completion of this work. Trinidad Roofing submitted a very competitively priced, detailed and professional bid to replace my roof (2000ft2). I got about 7 estimates from the most reputable contractors in town (based on Angies list scores, BBB ratings, and time in business). Out of all of them Trinidad came in 1st place. Trinidad should be on your list of contractors if you are considering a roof repair or replacement. Price check with at least 3 different roofing companies and Trinidad was the 2nd cheapest by like $150 but they were very quick to getting to my home and on my roof. Very efficient removal of existing roof; excellent cleanup during contract work and once job was complete; final result looks great. The roofing crew had to move quickly; after weeks of relatively little rain, we had a heavy rain the night following the second day of work. I got 2 other quotes for my roofing job from 2 other contractors and Trinidad had the best price. My family had had a positive prior experience a couple of years ago with Josh's company so I felt comfortable with using him for my project. They were prompt, professional, courteous and kept the area cleaned up during the process. Even my neighbors commented on how professional they were. It's sometimes disrupting to a neighborhood when the roofs are being replaced, but all went well and I heard no complaints. I also had other work going on inside my home and one of my workers, who's been in construction for 40 years, said that this company was the best he had seen.
