My computer and phone have each been taken care of here. I've watched Beetlejuice while my computer got diagnosed, etc. Last experience,  a second phone issue,  I was freaking out since my phone froze and I had to travel out of town the next day.  One of the Verizon spots (winnetka) couldn't fix the issue and referred me to either Verizon porter ranch on appointment or ubreak i fix location. WOW! What great service I received from Troy and Austin. My iPhone was dead and after going to the Verizon store, where they confirmed I needed a new battery, an appt. was made with your store. Troy was a rockstar fixing my iPad Pro... I was freaking out and no one could figure out the problem.  A few minutes with Troy and she was all fixed and ready to go!  I have used this location on a few occasions, they are my heroes!  Seriously, calm, knowledgeable and well priced.  Thank you again for saving me... I wish I could give them less stars.  They erased my husbands phone and all pics  info when he went to replace his cracked screen. He was obviously upset. Then their employee Robert got in my husbands face not once but twice trying to fight him when he wasnt even working with him on this issue. I mean Its the middle of the Covid pandemic and this employee was in his face!  Seriously!  We then called the Regional manager Jonathan who wouldn't listen or let him finish a sentence and was unnecessarily defensive about a situation he didnt even witness. Talk about zero customer service!!!  Troy appears to be the only one with manners and a brain but I doubt an employee like that would stay at such a low quality horrible business. Just returned from picking up my iPhone 8 plus with a cracked screen.  Dropped it off yesterday early afternoon, was given an estimate of $150, parts and labor, and told it would be ready today at 4 pm.  I get a phone call today, a little after 2 pm that my phone is ready.  I drive over, and guess what?  It's not ready!  It is being checked still.  Then why call?  Then he says the replacement part in black is defective (I need the black), but he had a white one that he can install while he orders the black one and then I can come back when the black one is delivered and have the correct one installed.  The correct black one will be delivered Monday.  It is Thursday.  I say no, I don't want a Frankenstein looking phone.  I want my phone back the way it was and I will take it somewhere else.  Now he makes me wait 20 minutes while he does whatever to my phone.  He returns it, no apology, just sign here that the phone was returned.  My issues are:  Why call and say the phone is ready when it isn't?  Why have the phone for 24 hours without checking if the parts are available?  Did you really think I would come back a second time after I can't trust you to tell the truth the first time?  I think the owners/workers need to go back to business school!  I do not recommend them. I had a bad experience here. Not sure why the ratings are decently high but not only did I have to wait two days for my screen to be replaced but for some odd reason my face recognition didn't work after I got the front screen replaced. I made a new face appearance and still for some reason it never unlocks it hahaha maybe my face expressions are too much but no I've tried plenty of times. I personally give this place a one star for having three headless chickens in that store not being able to finish their job before the end of the day, c'mon it doesn't take that long. More...

I came in this store 4x over the course of about 2 weeks due to an issue with our PS4.  Manny helped us out each time we came in.  They went through the process of diagnosing the problem with our PS4 while only charging us incrementally through the process as needed.  The final repair cost us $150 or so but the PS4 is working perfect now.  Manny was able to explain everything to us every step of the way.  We are happy that our PS4 is fixed and grateful for the service Manny provided at UBreakIFix. So I came here today after my son couldn't fix his ps4 (some errors with the remote control)I called the place before and David explain me that they are very busy and repair can take up to 1 week But if it's something minor he can try and fix it same day I decide to take my chance and drove to the storeNot just Manuel and David literally fixed the PS4 in 15 minutes and refuse to charge me nothing saying no parts has been replaced so no charge Service 10Honest 10What else can I say my son now Super happyAnd I got new tec service Definitely coming back And highly recommendedThank you guys

Take your phone somewhere else. This business lacks the credibility that you'd expect from such a place. They first misquoted me and then damaged the flash light on my iPhone. I had to contact customer service to force them to admit their mistake regarding the misquote which ended up being more than other quotes I received locally. Shop around and skip this place. More...
