I took 2 cars to German Drive so far and just have positive things to share. The service was very well executed, Gus has considerable concern about his customers agenda and location (can be hard when you depend on one single car) , not counting the prices , which are very competitive and honest. I want to report on my service experience with German Drive on my 2000 SL600. I bought a classic SL600 V12 from my cousin and needed some service on it. I kept seeing their Mercedes signs along the road on Golden Triangle boulevard and decided to give them a try. I needed to have the soft top hydraulics rebuilt and the window washer sprayer was not working. Just got the car back and it has never worked so well. Excellent service with skilled mechanics who have 20 years experience. I was hoping to find a local shop to do work on my SL600 when needed. I would not hesitate to take it back to them. More...

I've taken my Mercedes to a few other places in the area over the last three years and now that I have found Gus at German Drive. ..I won't be going anywhere else again. He will talk you through the possibilities of what might be wrong over the phone to the best of his ability based on the info you share with him, set up an Uber for you...a tow if you need it, and fixes only what truly needs to be fixed to resolve the problem. Unlike other shops that try to up charge you hundreds of dollars, Gus fixes what is broken- that is all. He is VERY knowledgeable about German vehicles- I have had nothing but excellent experiences with him and his team. My most recent visit I had an AC issue (days before leaving town for a road trip with my three kids in early June) that another shop did not resolve correctly the previous summer (after charging me over $250). Gus allowed me to come in at the last minute, wait in his office until he could get to diagnosing my car- (he even gave me the wifi password so I could get several hours of work done on my laptop while waiting for him to fit me in), then told me exactly what would need to be done, added refrigerant so I could get through the trip with my kids instead of canceling it at the last minute, then set up a time for me to bring my GL back in and replace the part that was leaking. Quality work, ethical business practices, and transparent communication/billing are hard to find in the auto repair arena. That is why I am so pleased to have found German Drive. More...

I took my 2002 BMW 540i in for an unknown fluid leak. They diagnosed the leak quickly and gave me detailed information on where the leak was originating.
They gave me a full parts list and quote that was very reasonable in order to complete the work. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable.
I will definitely be returning when I have issues with any of my vehicles.

We have a 2010 GLK Mercedes that would not even start. We contacted Gus Ramirez at "German Drive Garage." They were very professional and explained what the problem was and repaired it. The price along with the time they told us that it would take to repair the car was right on the line. The car started right up and they requested that I bring the car to the shop so they could check all the fluids and put air in the tires. We've had issues with our Smart Car for the past two year and the only dealer we were told who could work on it, was Mercedes.
Their price was ridiculous and unaffordable.
We found German Drive and loved the fact they were just around the corner from us. These guys were amazing and care about their customers.
They were able to fix our convertible top along with all of issues for less. We will definitely bring back our other cars in the future and highly recommend them.
