Brittney and Andy of Astray Photography are amazing and an absolute stellar team to work with! We recently received our engagement gallery and are so happy and in love with our photos! ! Brittney and Andy are great at what they do as photographers and work so well as a team. They are so down-to-earth and made the whole process fun...everything felt comfortable/natural. I was fortunate to stumble upon a photo album designed by Astray displayed at a winery booth during a bridal expo. The quality of the photos and the moments that were captured stood out so I saved their information. In our search process, finding a photographer amongst a sea of photographers on blogs, social media and wedding websites was quite overwhelming. We went through a whole process to vet out a photographer that, not only captured quality photos, but would be a great team to work with and delivered quality service (they are always so responsive and helpful!). We understand the importance of a good photographer on the big day for SO many reasons and we are stoked to have found Astray Photography. I just want to start by saying THANK YOU to Brittney and Andy for being so wonderful throughout this whole experience. I was fortunate enough to find astray photography on Instagram while looking for a wedding photographer that would compliment our personalities. From the moment I spoke with Brittney she was so kind and informative and really relieved a lot of the stress I was feeling about this whole process. After some email exchange we finally met to do our engagement session in a beautiful park she had recommended to us. She was so sweet and really made us feel comfortable, cause let’s be honest, sometimes romantic photo shoots can feel kinda awkward! I love how organic and natural her style is, this is what I was drawn to when I first saw her work. Before we even woke up the next day she had already sent me a handful of edited photos from our shoot! Amazing! When it came to the wedding day I was so happy to see her and meet her husband, Andy. Everything that day was so smooth and had a relaxed vibe, which I was so grateful for. Once again she managed to send me edited photos only a few days after the wedding! My entire bridal party/family raved about how easy and fun they were to work with, and how talented they are at what they do! In addition, the package that I bought included 500 photos, but she decided to give me over 1,600 free of charge. I would recommend these two a thousand times over and know some friends who have already booked them for their wedding! Brittany made our entire wedding (including the engagement) so incredibly special. From suggesting little details (like umbrellas shawls to wear when we realized it was going to rain on our wedding day) to going above and beyond to capture the perfect pictures, we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Andy and Brittney are both great photographers! Having the option of two photographers is not easy to find in a self owned photography company. This husband and wife duo not only works cohesively together, but also works in a much more organic way. Their laid back personalities made it much less stressful and their unique style of capturing the moments aloud my wife and I to be able to enjoy our day not having to do uncomfortable poses. We highly recommend Astray Photography for wedding, engagement and more! Brittney and Andy went above and beyond for our engagement shoot by bringing us bikes to use as props and a bottle of champagne to pop for some great photos!
They made the shoot fun and relaxing while remaining very professional. Our photos turned out amazing and there were so many to choose from. Brittney is extremely talented and creative! We love her style and the way she presented our photo gallery. It was super easy to download the album and save photos where needed. We just can't stop raving about Brittney and Andy! When we started our wedding planning process, there were a lot of decisions to make and finding good photographers were one of them. We knew as soon as we talked to Brittney, they were the right fit for us. We went on taking our engagement photos and they came out soo amazing and natural looking, nothing too posed but yet so pretty and the photos perfectly envisioned us as a couple. We are both not photogenic, we don't like posing for the cameras but Brittney was able to make us feel so relaxed that our raw expressions definitely came through. Came our wedding day, they were both very professional and once again, they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, even our bridal party, family and guests gave us compliments on how nice our photographers are. We got a sneak peek the day after and we were just blown away by the quality of work they delivered. We just got back from our honeymoon, we can't wait to view the whole album and start constructing our custom wedding photobook. A wedding can be so stressful since you wanted everything to be perfect. Looking back, there's a thing or 2 that we could've done better but not once we regretted choosing Astray Photography.
