I have had ongoing neck and back problems for years. Relief has always been temporary. I reached out to ASN Massage after an extremely painful episode. I contacted Alicia hoping that she would be able to help me and that I could get an appointment with in the next week. Alicia was able to meet with me the following day and worked on my problem areas for the majority of our appointment. I would give 10 starts if Facebook would let me. She is extremely professional and very personable. I had extreme tension and tightness in my neck area and after my massage I felt the tension disappear and my tightness reduced dramatically. The massage was very pleasant and relaxing. I had shattered my femur less than a year ago and I have spent a lot of money on therapists hoping for some relief. My experience was excellent. I have had many massages but this one was the best. Alicia listened to my body to know where I really needed the most focus to increase my mobility and decrease my pain. She also made me feel very comfortable and easy to communicate with. Had my first ASN Massage today. Having not had a massage in over 25 years, I was a bit anxious. Alicia first explained the process, was very diligent and calm which helped in keeping my nerves at bay. She used the pain level technique, and during the explanation I didn’t feel I would have a need for it, but deep into the session I realized how well she performs and how professional she is, and when I stated 9, she immediately took action and eliminated the issue. Very well done. Amazing how breathing can help and her explanations and constant reinforcement was highly beneficial in the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Alicia and ASN Massage and am planning to add her to my schedule for routine sessions.

I have been seeing Alicia for almost two years now, she is very dedicated to the art of healing. She makes a great effort to giving you a personalized experience without the feeling of "buyers remorse" that could come with other therapists. My main argument with massage therapy in general was, I would arrive on time and the therapist would not start on time, and would end early, leaving me with 25 -30 minutes of unutilized time. With Alicia, she maximizes the time on her table and also incorporates stretching to help maximize the sessions with lasting benefits. The thoroughness and the amount of detail that Alicia puts into her sessions is purely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and dives deep into finding the root of the body’s discomforts. Her location is private and inviting and she is extremely professional. I recently received a sports massage with body stretch and I walked out feeling like a brand new person. Alicia made sure that I was comfortable and was totally communicative throughout the session. I have a very demanding schedule and attend CrossFit several times a week so tension and soreness accumulate very easily – Alicia was up for the task and was able to address the key areas very thoroughly. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but Alicia's massage today just impressed me so much that I had to share. I walked in with the usual middle-aged person's aches and pains, which she made sure to discuss with me beforehand, and I left feeling SO much better - looser, almost free of the tightness that plagued my lower back and hips, and relieved that I've found someone who is willing to work on my unique challenges in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I'm not new to massages, but most I've had have been for relaxation. My session with Alicia was relaxing, to be sure, but she worked into my muscles deeply, always asking if the pressure was too much. It was a very quick 90 minutes for me, but she worked HARD! When our session was done, we talked for another 10 minutes about what she found during the massage and things we could work on in the future. I've never had a medical professional take the time to do that, and I must admit that this superior level of care ultimately made me decide to sign up for a monthly membership. I can't say enough good things about Alicia and ASN Massage. Just know that this isn't a soothing spa atmosphere with cucumber water and scented oils (although those are wonderful too :)). Alicia worked on me for an hour and really did great with my painful spots. I’ve had a lot of lower back pain & she spent time working through it for me and explained good stretches to use to help myself and what exactly is going on with my body. Alicia is very detailed and compassionate about her skills. I came to her with major neck, shoulder blade, and shoulder pain on monthly bases , that I would have to take pain medications 5 times a day and wouldn't able to eat nor go to work. After going to a couple of session with Alicia the pain has decreased, to where I haven't had to take the pain meds but only one time a day.
