Our dog loved staying in her home & received lots of attention while we were away. When we returned, everything was in order just as we had left it. Linda went above and beyond my expectations. She’s extremely attuned to details and it’s obvious she cares about animals. We have an older cat who started to decline in health shortly before we left for vacation, Linda assessed our Gizmo everyday and made sure she was comfortable . At one point our boiler quit working and the house got fairly cold, she took the initiative to take our poor sick cat to the veterinarian’s office for boarding so she wouldn’t get cold. We have 2 other cats Peanut and Ginger who took to Linda right off the bat which surprised me with Ginger being a little anxious kitty. Never have I felt more comfortable having someone look after our cats (and home) while we were gone. We will certainly be using Linda again for future trips!!!! More...

When I say above and beyond, I mean above and beyond.I had a last minute work trip out of state and my usual family/friends were unavailable. I did some searching online and found Ask Linda. She set up a consultation in my home just before I left. She went over everything I had never even thought to ask! She let Avery get to know her on his terms, was so kind and listed to all of my concerns and questions. It is absolutely obvious that she loves what she does. Linda also sent me texts when after she left the visits - such a great releif to hear from her and know he was okay!When I returned home, I was exhausted from travel; I walked in to see a daily check in list from Linda and what happened on each visit. I even had a handwritten card from Avery, telling me he missed me ;). To be entirely honest, I'd rather have Linda look after my pets than my own family! We have used Ask Linda for almost 6 years to watch our dogs & chickens. Linda and her staff are very professional, organized and detailed. They always leave a note at each visit with a summary. (i.e. what the dogs did, how our old dog is doing, how many eggs gathered, if it's raining and they wiped paws, anything unusual, etc.) They also give meds when necessary. We use Ask Linda on an as needed basis, sometimes once a day and up to 3x a day. Oh, they also feed our beta fish if we are out of town for multiple days. We have been using Ask Linda Pet Sitting since we moved to Indianapolis last year. Linda and her staff watched our house and pets while the house was empty for at least a month. Since we moved she has watched our 3 dogs, 1 cat, fish and frogs whenever we have been away. They have always been available even on short notice. They have gone above and beyond anything I would have expected for a pet sitter or house sitter. For example staying up all night with a sick dog, catching and transporting feral cats, taking animals to the vet, putting the lights on timers, etc. My dog has separation anxiety and they even spend the night with him when we are away. Not only does she care for our senior kitty, but she brings in the mail, waters plants or anything that I ask her to do. Once when our kitty was sick, she drove her to the vet. Linda (and Bobbi) are awesome! They treat both of our dogs fabulously well and are always full of nice things to say in our daily visit journal. We have two dogs - one senior and one 4 yr old and they have successfully made it so that they can be walked together by one person. We could never get them to do that. We are so thankful to know that the dogs are being cared for, getting some exercise and aren't home alone all day. The only thing that I would love would be to have online scheduling/calendar views. I am notoriously bad at remembering what dates I "signed" up for. (But that's my fault). Certainly recommend Linda and Bobbi to anyone. More...

Linda is the best! I have been using her pet sitting service for my cat almost three years and I wouldn't have it any other way. Linda's passion for the safety and well-being of pets is obvious. She sends out safety information to her clients regularly, she tidies up my cat's room when I neglect to do so, and brings her special treats such as turkey for Thanksgiving or toys when we are on vacation. She even offered to bring her own space heater over when the furnace broke while we were out of town. When I return from long trips, my cat is content rather than anxious or starved for attention, as she used to be when we used other services. Linda is also very flexible. If I need to go out of town on short notice or need her care extra days over what was originally planned, Linda always fits me in.
