What’s your signature dish?
One of my signature dishes is smothered oxtails over rice with homemade cornbread and colard greens
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I usually base my menus on what my clients enjoy I start with drinks move to an aptizer then go to my main course and entree
What do you love most about your job?
I love when people taste my food and they just sit and think how amazing it is how it makes you feel like your at home no matter were u are eating it
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've cooked since I was a little girl so naturally naturally enjoyed it but I soon realized I wanted to other people to take the wonderful creations I made

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep my customers safe I offer to pickup or delivery I make sure no one comes in contact with the food other than myself
