How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We help our clients reach their goals by focusing their training on the mind as well as the body. If you believe it, you can achieve it. We have helped countless people wit weight management as well as toning and learning self defense moves.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Focused determination. Decide (De meaning off and cide meaning kill) to kill off any other alternative. Decide to focus on yourself.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to grow themselves. To believe they can do it. To assist kids in coordination and focusing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad started this business 50 years ago and I took over for him. It has been my passion to help people to become a better version of themselves.

I have been teaching the majority part of my life. I am great with kids and a great motivator with adults. I get results.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take temperatures and have our clients answer question about being sick. We sterilize our equipment several times a day.
Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art which focuses on head-height, jumping and spinning kick techniques. It is is one of the oldest forms of martial arts, dating back over 2,000 years. The name literally translates to: Tae (Foot) Kwon (Hand) Do (Art).

Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed martial arts, also known as MMA, is a combat sport which utilizes three general tactics: striking, grappling and control. MMA uses a variety of martial arts techniques including punches, kicks, submission holds, takedowns and throws.
Lil Dragons
Lil Dragons focuses on balance, coordination and basic martial arts skills for children ages 4 to 6. Much like in traditional martial arts classes, Lil Dragons students learn basic martial arts techniques like blocking, kicks, and punches in a fun, game-like environment.
