What inspired you to start your own business?
Prior to consulting, I loved my work and was privileged to learn from some excellent leaders who gave me the latitude to experiment, learn, and grow. Those experiences helped me recognize that I was motivated to help individuals and teams succeed and that I was only satisfied when I achieved substantial results. It was that realization that compelled me to organize a business dedicated to those ends providing even greater opportunities to help people succeed in business and in life.
