I have been working with Mark at Arista Business Services for a few years now, and I want you to know that he is so much more than a QB expert. Long overdue review. I have used Mark Thalmann for bookkeeping services for the past three years and I would HIGHLY recommend him. Mark is incredibly attentive, friendly and just simply a top notch bookkeeper. He is always available to answer any questions or inquiries I have and is very prompt with his responses. He is extremely knowledgeable in QuickBooks and has offered so much advice on how to more efficiently run my business. I have contacted Mark last minute to help with reports for Workman's Compensation and General Liability insurance audits and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure I have the reports in time for submission. I would highly recommend Mark Thalmann to any QuickBooks beginner or user that needs advanced training. He is fabulous in both areas. I had been using QuickBooks for a number of years to do my husband’s business bookkeeping, but I knew I was just scratching the surface of what QuickBooks could do. When it was decided that I would become our full time bookkeeper, I knew I needed help.I came across Mark and never looked back. He offered me the one on one training that I so needed. After identifying problem areas and making suggestions for improvements in my process, WE began cleaning things up. Keeping my budget in mind he taught me how to perform the routine tasks myself, while he handled the complex issues.At the end of each session, he gave me “homework” to do prior to our next meeting in order to make our time together as productive as possible. Two years down the road, my books are still accurate. Mark is always available for a call or email when I do have a question.
