As a startup business newbie, I cannot thank Mr. Khan enough during the stressful commercial building permit process. I wasted months and lots of money trying to obtain a permit as the expeditor misfiled the application. It was denied, but she failed to do anything about it or even notify me. I found out the problem myself by visiting the town! At that point, I was told I needed an architect. I was so upset and the expeditor still tried to RECOMMEND an architect lol I'm so glad I was able to find him via Google. Mr. Khan kindly answered all the silly/stupid questions during the first call. He always responds to texts and calls. The price is very reasonable, and he gets work done in a timely fashion - actually early for me because I was in a rush! I knew I was in good hands and not taken advantage of being new/not knowing much! I will definitely hire him again in the future and recommend him to all of my friends. More...

What’s your interior design process?
The process for all projects is usually the same. First I come to the house to see the property. I will measure the existing conditions to get an accurate model in 3D. Then initial design phase after discussing the clients needs. Preliminary design phase to make changes until the client is satisfied. Then final construction documents for the building permit and construction phase.

After the plans are complete & ready for construction our firm can help with items such as bidding, on-site observations, field reports, change orders, managing site issues, etc.
Expediting Services
Some clients are overwhelmed with the whole building process, or just don't have time to file all the paper work. Our firm offers expediting services to help our clients finish the permit process.
