I’ve been going to Arch since they opened in Madison. I love the high end retail feel with the down to earth personal service. From the owner to the manager, stylists, estheticians and retail team I feel welcome and appreciated. Their service and services are extraordinary. I've been seeing Emma B. for eyebrows since... like... forever. I refuse to go to anyone else. She does the absolute best shaping and tinting and I get compliments on my brows all the time. She's also a delight!The store itself is one of my favorites in Chicago. You can tell the owners really care about the types of products they carry. I've been going here for at least a year now, and I've never had a bad brow wax. I've seen Olivia, Indira, and Janey and they have all provided excellent service with open communication about the end result. The store also has an interesting and expansive selection of make up, hair products, and candles. Today I saw Olivia for a brow wax and she offered me a free sample of a shampoo I've been interested to try. The waxes are on the pricier end ($25) but the extra $5 or $10 is absolutely worth it. I went to Arch for hair and makeup on my wedding day and I'm so glad I did. Everything turned out beautifully. Cara, the wedding coordinator, helped me schedule trial runs so that I could make sure everything would come out how I wanted on my wedding day. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My experience at Arch was amazing! I got married in July and Cara was very helpful throughout the planning process. She was very organized and communicated with me regularly to set up the trial and make sure everything was on schedule. Cassie and Frances did a wonderful job with my hair and make up! This place is the only one I've found nearby that will tweeze eyebrows in addition to waxing. Good service and a pretty setup but I think their prices must have gone up unless I've been paying $28 the whole time!

I recently got married in Madison. We were left in the lurch after initially hiring a shady wedding make-up person to do our services at first. When she did not come through last minute I was left scrambling to find someone that could do our wedding party make-up. Cara was amazing and so wonderful on my first call and every interaction after that. She was able to accommodate our wedding party last minute and keep in contact communication with us about the logistics for the day. Everything was well planned out and our day was stress free. Mikaela and Madison also were absolutely wonderful. I went through a couple of trials for hair and make-up and they were patient in helping me find my perfect look for the day of. Our entire wedding party and mothers were finished with hair and make up well before our pictures which all helped in making our day stress free.
