I call them. We schedule they were very professional. They explain to me what they were going to do what my rug needed. They truly brought my rug back to life they took the smell right out of it. THE SERVICE WAS MORE THEN 5 STARS!!! The floors and carpet look brand new. Potty training ruins your floors. Ephraim was an absolute godsend. I just started a new job out of state and had to rapidly pack up and get my house cleaned for my property manager. Ephraim answered my quote right after I had submitted it late at night and was able to schedule me in for the Thursday before I left. He spent 6+ hours cleaning all 2000+ square feet, and left me in the capable hands of his wife, Linda, for the house cleaning. Linda herself spent an additional 5+ hours cleaning the house. All the quotes were more than fair with no additional charges tacked on. I left Las Vegas feeling very secure that there would be no issues with the state of the house. However, around a week later, my property manager called me and told me the house looked awful, like it was never cleaned. This took me by surprise, as I had been with Ephriam and Linda the entire time, and the house I left looked better than when I had moved in, thanks to their hard work and eye for detail. The management then told me that none of the things on the move out list (which I had never received) had not been done. Some of the items were asinine - the door hinges weren't polished, for instance. She had also complained that the carpets had been stepped on, when they hadn't looked like that when I left. All of the issues with communicating with my property manager went over two weeks. Ephraim and I had both reached out to her to coordinate a follow up, but never heard from her until she put an arbitrary timeline on getting the house "made right". I reached out to Ephraim again, and he went out of his way to make time to go put the diamonds back into the rug at no additional cost to me on extremely short notice. My property manager also finally gave him the list of things that needed to be cleaned which Linda was able to do, again with no additional charge. Finding upfront and honest cleaners I'd already a difficult thing, but Ephriam and Linda went far above and beyond to be an advocate for me against seemingly predatory property management tactics (not wanting to give back a fair share of the deposit). IF YOU ARE MOVING, AND YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK, make Ephraim your first call. He is truly as amazing as this review and all the other reviews portray him as. I have 20 years of experience hiring Capet Cleaners. Most, I’ve had 1 time relationships with. I’ve used this service with Ephraim as my carpet cleaning professional twice and have been extremely pleased for three reasons. 1. Ephraim is more of a Carpet Cleaning Consultant rather than a general cleaning guy. Our carpet was soiled because of a puppy we recently took ownership of. Ephraim was able to look at the stains and recommend treatment that was able to pull the stains up and clear the urine smell. The stains have not resurfaced. 2. Honesty. This service is honest. If there is a chance that stains might not come out, he lets you know and gives you the option to use an upgraded solution or not. 3. Ephraim is a genuine hard working man. I had the opportunity to chat with Ephraim a bit about his personal life as he cleaned my carpets. His overall philosophy in life is to work hard for his family. Had my carpets and floors cleaned today, and I could not be happier! My main focus was the tile and grout and was very happy after the work was done. Granted it was brand spanking new looking but they definitely went from black to almost brand new white (I’m realistic though house is older and who knows when the last time the floors were cleaned). We had to move some furniture around but that was no issue just let them know ahead of time if this is the case so he does have the extra help. Very pleased and would recommend for sure! More...
