We booked our wedding date before Mike and Valerie became the new owners and they were so dang nice with switching over and keeping us informed with what was going on. The renovations they made are just gorgeous. The gazebo in the back is simply stunning. Mike and Valerie was super responsive and so helpful and our day went so wonderfully! A quiet, secluded wedding venue with an overgrown back patio perfect for wedding pictures and a truly garden feel for your event. 05/13/2019 - If i could give 10 stars I would.. for anyone reading reviews. Please don't be put off by the older reviews. Mike and his wife bought this place about a year ago, and updated the bridal suite and the main room . They are also updating the grooms suite. So I talked to mike on the phone early in the day to go over some requirements we have for our wedding which won't be till next year. Mike was so awesome on the phone and personal. I made a appt that evening to do a tour. I was really excited about it and once I walked in and after about 10 minutes of talking to mike i was sold, ready to put my deposit down right there.. The place is beautiful. The outside area is beautiful, he even showed us the baby birds. Not so many words he told me that it is my wedding and I drive the car, he will of course caution me on speed bumps, and pot holes. But I drive.. How awesome is that.. Mike is so amazing!!! I am so excited not nervous to have my wedding here.. I love that I can text him with any questions, and he will respond as quick as possible. I love how much he wants to get to know the bride and groom.. I love that he is so open minded!! So i know that some reviews are written by employees to boost the venue.. I promise I am not a employee!!! This review is 200% accurate.. Seriously If you are having any type of event seriously just call Mike.. You will totally fall in love with this place!! This beautiful little gem is tucked away in the heart of West Valley, because of the address I was a little sceptical but this venue is wonderful! They owners take pride in this and it shows. It was gorgeous, the owner was really nice. In order to get to the bathrooms you have to go up the stairs. Also it was really nice because of the backyard area, lots of kids got to play.

He held our ceremony and reception here and this place was perfect! There is a gorgeous garden area in back and interior is stunning. They took care of everything and made the wedding planning process stress free. We were absolutely blown away at the decor. Staff was very communicative and flexible.

I met with Mike a couple of days ago, I am a MOH and my best friend from out of state is shopping for a venue in Utah. The customer service is INCREDIBLE. I was very surprised at the flexibility he offers as well as the price for the services. He truly cares about his customers and is more interested in making events perfect for them rather than squeezing every penny out of people.Mike is more than a great business owner, he is just an amazing person all around!I felt so welcome and comfortable speaking with him. I can't express how much this place really made us feel like family. Mike is AMAZING! I almost wish I could plan another wedding just to get the chance to work with him again. We had our wedding here and it was absolutely magical. The venue itself is charming and beautiful. We were able to use the outdoor garden for the ring ceremony and then dance in the grand ballroom under a big chandelier that made us feel like royalty. The price is fair, especially compared to other venues.But most of all, the customer service is outstanding. Mike was so great at meeting with us and making sure it was how we wanted it. He was awesome as we had to change plans shortly before the day of and we figured it out together in no time. He responded promptly to our questions via text or email. I attended a wedding there tonight and Mike and Valerie were AMAZING hosts. What they didn't know was yes, I was a photographer there to do a job but I was also a family friend. They were hospitable, punctual, and incredibly friendly and social. I felt like I really got a sense for how much they really love just making peoples days come true to the very best of their abilities, they wear all of the hats and do so with a smile on their face. I truly hope to shoot another wedding here just to work with them again. If you like their venue you will only love it after how you're treated and definitely recommend it after working at as a photographer, caterer, and bartender at many establishments. This a great place to hold a wedding reception, birthday party, graduation party, or family event. There is plenty of space to have a dance floor and tables. There are clean bathrooms. There is a "kitchen" more a serving area there is no oven but has a microwave, sink and counter. There is even a private courtyard out back. Janie was an amazing coordinator, she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make it a memorable day. We were not bothered once on our wedding day and everything went so smoothly. We were able to enjoy our wedding and and did not have to worry about anything. The venue was beautiful it was exactly what we wanted and they made our ceremony absolutely beautiful, the scenery is one of the best things at the venue. I definitely recommend this venue, it does only seat 100 people so keep that in mind but over all I'm glad I had my reception and ceremony here. We loved the way everything was set up, you really excelled with the decor. We had lots of feedback about how lovely it was and they loved the personal touches. I had a lot of people ask about how we found Arbor Manor. We appreciated the discounts we received too. The coordination with the cake and the flowers was superb. We loved how the flowers and cake turned out! The food was great, everyone loved it, but I did have some people comment about getting a small scoop of rice. Which when we saw that there was still a whole pan of rice leftover, it seems that there was room to give more than a small scoop. The really big issue was pertaining to music. We were all very disappointed that the music didn't go smoothly and we could barely hear any music if any was even playing during the reception, except for certain areas for the couple dance, parents dance and the cake cutting. People wanted to dance and music wasn't playing loud enough for that. I guess I could have said something, but I guess I thought we had gone over all that before. It was frustrating that for some reason my mp3 wasn't playing well on your player, even though I know it played well for us at home and in my car, through my car speakers. There were a couple issues with the microphone too. It didn't seem like very many of the guests either knew about the upstairs bathrooms. Hardly saw anyone making use of those. We booked this venue last year, for our wedding thins June. It was absolutely perfect- everything was taken care of, and the staff was very persistent with what needed to be done. We have attended two weddings here, once with old management, and the other with the management now and WHAT a difference! We loved Arbor Manor! What a great venue with incredible packages for cheap, compared to places like millennial falls. Nicki was absolutely amazing at working with our schedules and making sure everything was communicated and executed smoothly. The flowers were amazing, except thee centerpiece flowers, they were a tad bit lacking, but overall well done. Thanks to Chela with Arbor Manor, our wedding was by far the best day of my life. They allowed us to bring in outside vendors and created plenty of space for them (we had a taco truck and were worried about where they would have to set up, but the placement on Arbor Manor's part was perfect. ) We wanted our dogs to be part of the ceremony and they were more than accommodating to that as well. The set up for both the ceremony and the reception was beautiful and they handled the set up and take down, so we were free to mingle. They do require the use of their state certified bar tender, which was a bit pricey, however it was well worth it. They were professional in a fun way and made sure everyone had a great time. Arbor Manor is a very cute reception center. We worked with Nikki, and she was AMAZING! So glad she was there! On the day of the wedding, things ran smoothly. The other staff that was there was really clueless and rather helpless, so it was good that Nikki was there to help guide them what to do. We used their food, which is good for in-house catered food, but it is pricey. I would probably cater elsewhere if I could do it again. But they are very flexible and wonderful to work with! More...
