Our company Plumbwell Services decided to revamp and create a new web page that reflected onto our customers how much we care about what we do. We worked with Gabby and Chris on this, and throughout the projects entirety they were nothing but helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I will say that we may have been a handful, but we knew what our vision was and Chris the lead on this project who we worked directly with designing the site was unbelievably patient and accommodating. We are extremely satisfied with the Active Web Group team for helping us fulfill our vision for our new site. That's not all, we had issues with our web page, it was not loading. We contacted AWG and spoke with Gabby about our issue. Her team jumped right on it. It turns out that they were not the host of our website and this issue had nothing to do with them. I have been a customer with Active Web Group since 2005. They helped set up a home inspection website for my business. I have had nothing but excellent customer service. Recently, it was time to update my website to meet my client’s needs via a mobile device/responsive friendly website. Donna Weber was my go to person. She was very helpful and had great idea’s on how and what I should update. Web design or a look of a website is definitely not my strong suit, but they showed me numerous styles and examples.
