THE best flower shop in the entire area. I've had only the best experiences with April Flowers, as they have one of the finest and friendliest staff around, as well as delivery that makes it right on time, if not earlier. The staff is very helpful, especially when it comes to picking and choosing what types of flowers you need depending on the events that you attend to. Also extremely satisfied with the fact that they have the latest styles, like the flower bear and whatnot. First and foremost... THANK YOU for the beautiful arrangement today Mike, my Mother loved it. When I walked in I was greeted by Mike almost immediately asking me if I wanted to see any pre made arrangements they had that early afternoon. I saw a few that were within my budget, but not exactly what I was going for. Without hesitation, Mike offered to make a custom arrangement with the flowers of my liking or he could come up with something. He asked what the occasion was and what budget I was working with and went to work on making something custom for my mom on her bday. I asked for something colorful and fun and man... he delivered. It was full of color and really vibrant. Before he wrapped it, he made sure I was happy with it. I joking told him... "what if I said I didn't like it" Laughlin... he assured me he would change it up to make sure I was happy with it. Truth be told, I'm usually a guy that would buy flowers for 10 bucks at Walmart or some big box store. Stopped in yesterday with my daughter to pick out flowers for a friend. We needed a small bouquet for a teen and the lady helped my daughter pick out the perfect flowers. She asked my daughter lots of questions to help personalize the bouquet. She also made sure to keep us within my budget. I appreciated the kind help and beautiful flowers. I am so incredibly grateful to Mike and April Flowers for making such a beautiful arrangement for the funeral of my best friend's mom. I live out of state and called my order in. Mike took the time to go through some of the arrangements with me on their website before I decided on an arrangement. Because you never know what you will get when ordering from out of state, I asked Mike if he would send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered to the church. He texted me a picture of the arrangement this morning before the service and I was so happy. It's beautiful! I used this florist because it has been one of those places that just always stood out to me when was growing up in Pico Rivera. They never let me down the few times I have been there. Cause you all know poor people can't by no flowers. But this last occasion was beyond special, I had to lay my 25 year old son to rest. Thanks to all my family and friends I was able to buy him his casket spray and a standing cross. Both arrangements were perfect and I don't use that word often as I am a critical person. The arrangements were beyond my expectations. The woman very kind as she helped me express what my vision was, they were even able to add orchids, my sons favorite flower. My mother recently passed and I was shopping around for called and standing sprays. I called April Flowers and spoke with the manager Mike. I told him my deadline was at the end of the week. After some initial discussion I made my way down and he explained to me in detail the types of flowers they use and the types of designs they can make for sprays.Ultimately, we agreed on a price that was pretty reasonable compared to the other shops in the surrounding area. I say even more so considering the end products, service, and quick turn around time after placing my order in the middle/tail end of the week. The flowers came out beautifully and voluminous (my family loved them too); and the roses used were pretty large in size from most.I can say that I will definitely look to April Flowers in the future for any of my other flower needs! Every time I come to April Flowers I receive great service. Just last Friday I was running around doing errands and had forgotten to preorder a flower crown for my maternity shoot the next day. I came to April's last minute late afternoon and I could see that they were swamped with a huge flower order, but they were more then willing to make one for me. An hour later I came back to pick up my crown and it was gorgeous! It's was a baby's breath flower crown, very simple yet elegant. I was very happy with it!
