Writing a review for Heather and Philip is as easy and inspirational as writing my wedding vows. It's hard to find the perfect words to describe our complete satisfaction when there are so many words to choose from. We stumbled across Applehead Photography and Design via a Facebook wedding page/group. And while my venue was encouraging me to choose one of their two photographers that they recommend, I couldn't shake my interest in Heather and Philip's work. In the end, I trusted my gut with the full support of my fiance. We booked Heather and Philip for our engagement shoot and very small wedding. I have no doubts that they had bigger opportunities but they worked with us anyway. They are good people, salt of the earth, professional, and ridiculously talented. And at the end of all of this, we were blessed with gorgeous photos of precious memories that will last a lifetime... and new friends. Everyone who sees our photos drops their jaw. I highly recommend them, you will have absolutely no regrets. You might have regrets though if you go with someone else...! Have no doubts that these two will deliver you the pictures you dream of. And you will have so much fun doing it. Heather and Philip did a couple’s session for me and my girlfriend. At first I was hesitant because I do not like taking photos. However, they made me feel comfortable early on and before I knew it I was having more fun than my girlfriend. They picked a beautiful location that was convenient for us and worked around our busy schedule. The quality of photos were superb and the respect for their clients’ lives is immense. We cannot begin to explain how much fun we had working with APD! It was such a blast. Heather and Phillip have such an eye, not to mention the perfect personality for “low-key” couples who want to celebrate their love and have the real-life moments captured. They’re so encouraging and really support any unique vibes. Working with them was more like playing, which is exactly what my husband and I wanted. Philip and Heather took our engagement photographs this year. Not only were they fast in scheduling a time to meet, but they scoped out our shooting locations beforehand to plan accordingly. We have used Philip and Heather several times now for our photoshoots and we could not be happier with them and their work. They ALWAYS deliver beautiful images of my children(even when they are not wanting to cooperate) and they have a way of capturing such sweet moments that my untrained eye can’t even see at the time. They are so pleasant to work with, great with my children, flexible, and really strive to get the shots and make their client happy. Philip and Heather took photographs of my entire family. My family of 4, my sister’s family of 3 and our parents. This was our gift to our mom for mother’s day. Philip and Heather were great! They came to our property per our request and rearranged their day to make sure the weather would not interfere with our shoot. They were super patient with our large crew which included 3 Children.
