Being smart in and out of the gym and sticking to the plan.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and learning about their fitness goals. I love working with people to put together a fitness and nutritional plan to meet their goals. I love working with people inside and outside of the gym on their goals. We will talk a lot about goal setting and what needs to be don't in a smart and efficient way to meet your goals.
