I spent over 3500.00 on products. I was promised that it would change my life and make me feel like a teenage kid again. Not even, after 2 weeks I felt worse and less able to preform then I did before I started it. Semenax that product didn’t work for anything. I email the guy who sold me the products and told him they weren’t working. It was only a few weeks after I received it. Did he say to send it back for a full refund, nope he asked “none of the products are working”? I emailed him back and he never got back to me to say ship the products back and you’ll get a full refund. He also promised to get a hold of me on our initial call after I had taken it for 2 month. He never called, never called to ask my experience and see how it was going. He could have told me at that time I could still return for a full refund. Never once in our conversation did he mention that I had 67 days to return it. He just told me if I wasn’t satisfied I could get my money back. Fast forward to today. After calling over the weekend and requesting my money back I was informed that it wouldn’t happen because I didn’t get it back after 67 days. I am only 27 days over that and they will not refund my money. I would strongly urge you not to use this company or their products. This company is one of the biggest scams I’ve ever seen with horrible customer service. I placed two orders, only one was shipped. The company gave both orders the same tracking number so that it looks like both were shipped when they weren’t. I notified customer service about this with photographic evidence and no resolution or attempt at correcting whatsoever. So, now I’m out $200 with no product.
