Anna is a great trainer. She prepares workout routines tailored to my abilities and varies them enough so I don't get bored. She makes sure that I keep the correct posture and pushes me just enough to try harder. I'm always tired after a session, but motivated to get in shape. More...

After interview with the client , I do assessment of clients , strength , flexibility and diet , then create exercise and meal plan accprdong to clients fitness goal

The secret is to really be consistent with exercise and meal plan , and know your why !!

I love to see when peole change their life style and feel great about themselves , I love to help people reach their goals !

I lost weight by changing my lifetyle , once I did , I wanted to share my knowdge with peole , many of my clients did the same and now tbey are happy

Yes I do facetime or zoom calls and monitor clients form during weight training or pilates classes
