Everyone needs a breakthrough at some time. That's why I've created Anita Breakthru Coaching LLC.

I've been told by my clients that:

3) I'm positive--I've done everything in life that I've wanted to do, and I know I can help you reach your dreams too.

I have 26 years' experience in the mental health field in a variety of capacities, including 15 years in private practice.

My coaching approach is Cognitive-Behavioral. If I think you would benefit more from traditional psychotherapy instead of coaching, I can help you with referrals.

Our appointment would use Zoom or Skype. I provide both individual and group coaching. Because I want to make sure that working together is a good fit, I offer a free assessment upfront.
