The name of this veterinary hospital couldn't be any more befitting! We finally found our beloved - by our kitties and us - long time vet - Dr. McAllister again. We previously had seen him for years at a different clinic and were always amazed by his compassion, competence and care. Unfortunately (for us) he left that practice, and after some very bad experiences at the old one and another vet clinic, we finally found Dr. McAllister again. He truly is one of a kind! There is a reason why people call him the "cat whisperer". The time he takes, not only for thorough examination and evaluation, but also explaining the diagnosis and different options of treatment - without us ever feeling any pressure - is exceptional. The front desk staff and assistants are wonderful as well. Plus, the prices are as compassionate as the care. We couldn't be happier to have our kitties in such good hands again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were kind and understanding of my wish to get a second opinion for my cat’s injury, and of my hesitancy to follow the previous vet’s suggestions. My kitty usually gets very stressed out by vet visits but she was much less so after this visit. It seems like they really do just want to help your pet. More...
