A pickled salmon wrapped in herbal cheese, served on french loaf
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to know in detail what type of protein the client would like to serve, then figure out the origin of food thoe they are wanting. With these 2 basic steps this allows creativy to flow easier on both ends and helps us figure out the flavor profile of the client.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy being able to cook food for people who are grateful during these hard times. Ive always strongly believed that food brings people together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had numerous people ask me to do catering jobs in the pass, to the point i had to quit my full time sous chef position too fulfill orders for my newly established clients

I have taught people how to cook over video in the pass, its extremely easy as long as we all have the same ingredients. I go into detail on how to cut/cook everything precisly to give your food the move flavor potential possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being full vaccinated with additional booster shots, have insured my health and the clients health to be the most important thing with iur company.

We offer catering for groups 30 and. Under! This keeps us consentrated on quality of food and presentation
