She was an absolute professional and my taxes were quite confusing, having several forms of income w/ transportation as a large part. She was wonderful and polite and zipped right through my return. She found every deductible (I was prepared to pay this year) but she helped me and found that the Fed owed me! Fantastic service, I'll see her next year for my next tax return.
