Personal Training & Holistic Health Coaching
I love my clients! I genuinely take a personal interest in their health and well-being. Clients’ setting goals and achieving them is my utmost priority. Looking in the mirror and loving what they see.
I offer personal training, small group training, couples training and holistic health coaching. I also offer program design so my clients are active in my absence.
We discuss nutrition, keep a log of food, sleep, hydration and emotions. We look at our whole body wellness. We take measurements every 6 weeks to celebrate progress. Small attainable goals and healthy habit change is very important to me as this creates the path towards a healthier future.
