What do you love most about your job?
Helping people reach their goals! I enjoy sitting creating individualized programs to meet the specific needs of each client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Full disclosure - I was burned out in my previous job. I had successfully coached at the NCAA Division I collegiate level for 22 years and the lifestyle it entails wore me down quite a bit (limited life balance, scarce time for yourself, other people and things, constant travel, etc.). I realized I wanted more out of life. I took the aspects of the job I loved and felt I was good at (coaching, helping people reach their potential) and created the life I wanted. I haven't been more happy and at peace in a long time!
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm knowledgeable, caring, and love to create programs individualized to meet a client's goals/needs. I am an elite athlete, grew up playing sports, had a successful college career playing softball, was inducted into the Providence College Athletics Hall of Fame, and am now an accomplished masters runner. I know what it takes to get results. I talk the talk, and walk the walk!
