AMS was recommended to us by a friend for our wedding - and we couldn't be happier we chose them. Todd was my point of contact from start to finish, and he made our wedding so special. Everything we did was unique to our day. I had some song selections and arrangements that I wanted a bit customized, and Todd was able to help me out and make everything perfect for us. The whole day ran smoothly and with their guidance, it went off without a hitch!

Fun, professional, patient, helpful ... I could keep going. Todd and team were a key element in making our big day the best. From processional to recessional music, cocktail hour and dinner music, managing our toasts and then getting the dance party started and going, Todd managed it all with confidence and calmness. Todd and his group are simply and surely the BEST in the valley!!!! He was recommended from my wedding planner, (also the best, Susan from Circle of Events), so I really had no experience with him. He called a few weeks before to go over the event and insure he could phonetically pronounce all the names correctly (very professional!)... the day of the wedding it was Memorial Day weekend, expecting 90 degrees but got a cold rainy day and he was so very helpful and accommodating to a very emotional mother of the bride... he did everything he could to make our evening great and when the clouds finally cleared he and his guys dragged all of his sound equipment out to the dance area and we all danced under the stars happily... he kept us on our prepared schedule and was just the BEST master of ceremony!! They rocked it! Such good energy and music choices. They helped make our reception epic. Having a ton of guests it’s hard to gauge how the dance floor will mesh. .. but these boys had everyone from 5 year olds to 85 year olds dancing! AMS was awesome to work with, mainly our DJ Ray! He's the reason for the 4 earned stars. I took a star away because of the prices. As we've talked to people, we've been hearing that these prices are shockingly high (we didn't know any better one way or the other). But Ray was fantastic, worked with us on our playlists and special requests, and communicated with us during the wedding to make sure things ran smoothly. From the start AMS was very professioanl. I had no idea on the DJ and anytime I mentioned to a vendor AMS was our DJ, they said good choice.
The website used to pick our music likes and dislikes was easy to use. A few days before our wedding we got a call from our DJ, Randy. He was just checking in to make sure of the important songs, like grand entrance, first dance and such. On the big day he was there early and was all set up and ready to go long before our guests arrived. He checked in with us throughout the night, but not too much, to make sure we were doing okay. We were married on Saturday, October 13th. Our wedding package from Wedgewood Weddings came with AMS, and Ray did an outstanding job. He coordinated with our coordinator to make sure the song I walked down the aisle to was spot on. The reception music was fantastic. We hired AMS for our fall wedding. Todd did an amazing job! He was organized and kept everything in order throughout the reception and ceremony. He took into account all our personal requests and made it happen. There’s so much planning that goes into a wedding and you want everything to be perfect on that day and Todd was able to do that. We hired AMS for our wedding day. Todd was great with organizing our event and making sure all our details were thought about. As far as the planning process, I was able to give a Spotify playlist of songs I liked and AMS was awesome and played our songs throughout the night. Our DJ, Ray, was FANTASTIC-seriously, such a great guy! He went above and beyond during our wedding to keep me informed about who was eating what, if everyone was having a great time, and more importantly, Ray made sure WE were having a great time. I personally loved working with Todd at AMS, he was always available by phone and email which was very helpful. I appreciated the sincerity in the customer service he and Ray provided. I recently planned a 50th birthday party for my bosses husband. AMS helped it go off without a hitch. We utilized their lights, casino tables, DJ, and Photo-booth. Todd was organized and was on time with setting things up and breaking them down. Very professional company, accommodating and NICE! I plan on using them again for our upcoming holiday party. My husband and I were married on October 5, 2018 at Viansa Winery in Sonoma. Initially, I spoke with Joe, from AMS, who talked me through what I envisioned our wedding to look like. He really listened and worked with me to figure out what package would fit us best. Later, closer to the the date, I connected with Francis at the AMS location. She was so friendly and was ready for me before I got there. We talked through details such as what song to play when, names of key people and so forth. She was very helpful during this process. AMS has a great online portal that I could frequently update prior to our wedding. It was so easy to make changes! Our DJ, Rod, was great!! He has such a fun, easy going style. We used AMS for our DJ and photobooth for our wedding 8/4 and they were amazing! Todd was our DJ and he was also who we had our initial consultation with, he was always easy to reach by phone or email with any questions that came up during the planning process. Also we loved their online planner, it was super easy to use and helped us really personalize our wedding. It also made it clear to them what we wanted to do and things we wanted to leave out. Our wedding was so much fun, we got tons of compliments from guests about how much fun they had and the dance floor was packed. Todd was great at reading the crowd but I love that he asked me during the reception if he could make some adjustments and not play the "harder" songs we had on our playlist because the older crowd was really into dancing, it was perfect. I feel so bad to be writing this so late! Ray did our wedding and did an amazing job. To me a wedding is all about settling the right mood with music. He was great to work with. Always willing to call me or reach out to me as many times as possible till we figured everything out. I used Wedgewood as my catering and they referred him. I am happy they did. AMS did a great job ensuring our wedding reception in June 2018 was special. Our DJ, Todd, was service-focused and always looking to help tailor the experience to make it our own. From the pre-wedding planning to the day-of execution, we were in good hands. We had specific ideas about what music should be played throughout the evening and Todd was happy to accommodate our needs, while also giving us good advice on how to organize the reception. Dwight from AMS was an awesome DJ! He did a great job coordinating, and he kept things running so smoothly. We were running behind, due to another vendor being late, and Dwight was quick to ask what he could do to speed things along. My day would not have been the same without him! I cannot say enough good things about him. The staff from the photo booth were also very flexible given that we were behind schedule, and they were only supposed to be there for two hours. We had Joey DJ or wedding and it was far beyond anything we could’ve asked for! Joey played such amazing music that no one wanted to even leave the wedding. He made sure everything was on schedule and even gave us fun ideas like me (the bride) acting like I was throwing my bouquet to get the crowd to laugh and he was always open to what people wanted to play and still made sure to double check with us before he played the music.
