I got an amazing eye brow wax "paying it forward" from someone at Amore Salon. What a surprise and my brows look amazing for the holidays! These ladies do such a wonderful job not only on my hair but my son's as well. I always feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there. Michelle is the best!!! I am in my mid-thirties and have had my hair cut many times in my life so far and I can honestly say Michelle is the BEST stylist I've ever had. I get compliments every time I get my hair done. I constantly like to change my hair color and Michelle is on board every time. Just wanted to make a special shout out to Michelle and the Amore Salon for being so clean, beautiful set up and Michelle is very talented and a true professional. I had such a great haircut with Michelle! I found Amore on Yelp while searching for a salon that specializes in curly hair - this is totally the place! Michelle took tons of time to educate me on how to care for my hair and the haircut was one of the best I've ever had. Valerie and Michelle were both extremely nice to me when I arrived at the salon, as well as when I left close to 9:30pm!  I went in as a new client, and had a full foil done, as well as a haircut to take off about 12 inches of hair to donate.  Valerie was very knowledgeable, gave great tips on styling my hair, and was talkative throughout my whole stay.  I didn't know ahead of time that they typically don't allow a tip to be added on to a credit card, but they put it through for me as an exception.  Very friendly, will definitely return! I generally keep my hair at waist length. Cutting it is a maybe once a year event because I prefer long hair and I am never happy with a cut. When I went to Valerie at Amore I was hesitant and just wanted a trim. We chatted and decided to cut a few inches and bring me to bra length. Valerie listened and understood my hesitations. She added volume and layers. This is the first time ever that my hair is short (short for me, long for others) and I love my cut curly or straight. I usually never put my hair up, but it finally has some texture to it and now I wear it up all the time. I would recommend Valerie and Amore to anyone. Today was my first time going to Amore and my stylist was Valerie. The salon was very clean and everyone who worked there was very encouraging and nice. I had my hair foiled for the first time in about 5 years and it came out great! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in or out of town. I've been going to Amore Salon for almost two years. Michelle knows how to make you feel like you're her only client. She makes you feel comfortable and spends time with you. I faithfully visit the salon every 8 weeks and I leave feeling like a new woman. Michele spends time with me to understand what I want and offers suggestions . What a great space!! Seriously. I saw Nicole and she did a wonderful job. I went in with roots and wanted a partial highlight and a little pink underneath. I didn't have a ton of time due to childcare and she kept it brief and did a great job! She used a pink that could be used without bleach (yay!!!) so our appointment would be quicker. I have been coming to Amore salon since its doors have opened and have been seeing Michelle, the owner, since before that. Michelle is AMAZING. She listens to what you want but also gives you her input on what would work best for your hair. I have NEVER left disappointed. She takes her time with each client, making them feel right at home. Before seeing Michelle I tried three different salons and none of them got the right tone for my blonde hair. Anyone who has blonde hair will understand this, Michelle was spot on her first time around with me as a new client. It was perfect and continues to be a brilliant blonde! My hair was super damaged before seeing Michelle from all the over processing other stylists did to try and get the blonde right for me, but Michelle got my hair healthy and strong but conservative cutting, conditioner treatments, and recommending the proper products for my hair. Nicole listened to my concerns about my curly hair, and with her knowledge and talent I am sitting here with a hairstyle full of gorgeous ringlets which hasn't happened in years. My daughter and I strolled into this brand new salon over two years ago.  I explained to the girl that greeted me that we were looking for a new "home" salon.  I trusted the two nice girls to do my hair, as well as my daughters' hair.  I found out after Michelle was the owner and I was completely impressed with her business model and the salon itself. Kiara did my daughters hair and it looked amazing.  We never left!  We found our home!  Michelle has been coloring and styling my hair since.  Kiara is the only person I trusted to add a little, classy color to my daughters hair.  Both of these amazing women have been there for us through all of our recent life events, including Weddings, Sweet 16's, Graduation parties etc. Not only do they do our hair, but they have also done our make up for these events.  We looked stunning!  Michelle has also started to cut my little girls hair.  I can't imagine going anywhere else.  This salon is my home.  All of the ladies are now my friends; it is truly my sanctuary.  I have seen them do countless treatments, cuts, etc. on women, men and children.  The professionalism and care I see when I enter is amazing.  The ongoing education that they receive is inspiring and comforting knowing they are going to be up on the latest techniques.  Up next, PROM...we cannot wait!  I cannot recommend this salon enough! Good hair salons are hard to find, this is a good one. I am extremely picky about the way my hair is and Michelle, stylist and owner, has worked wonders with my hair! ! She is patient and listens to what I want. We recently tried a new color and a few hours after I'd left the salon I hated it!! Michelle got me back into the salon chair ASAP and corrected the color free of charge. I am so happy with the outcome. The salon itself is welcoming and always clean. Amore Salon is just as gorgeous inside as you feel walking outside after your appointment. The Salon has such a great feel to it when you walk in. You barely get in the door before you are warmly welcomed by the staff. Hairstylist Kiara is amazing. She is beyond talented. For myself, I am one to never know what to actually do with my hair. I usually just let the hairstylist take control and do what he/she feels would look best. I'm always nervous about letting new hairstylists do this as it could always go wrong. Well, when Kiara took control it went everything BUT wrong. I will not let another person touch my hair now. She is amazing, talented, personable and professional. I have never received so many compliments on my hair color and cut before. I can't recommend this salon and Kiara enough. Walk in having a bad day, leave having a good one. Michelle is incredible. A highly skilled stylist, and this coming from someone who is VERY VERY PICKY. She brought my hair from damaged and short to long healthy and beautiful all while keeping the color fresh and lovely.
