The Ameristat technicians did a superb job rewiring broken wire to a surround sound speaker. The broken wire was located in my attic in an extremely difficult area to reach near the narrow portion towards the eave. Another company was here twice and could not do the job or did not want to take on the challenge so instead tried to convince me to spend a few thousand dollars on brand new equipment! Luckily, I called Ameristat because they were dedicated and honest in their approach and did the tough dirt job in a small attic space. I called AmeriSat to remove a ground satellite dish that had been on the property for years. Ruben, the AmeriSat AV staff member who came out, did great work in removing the dish as well as accompanying cinder blocks, and cable. The cable entryway was properly sealed as well. After removing an outside deck I had to relocate and mount the TV Cable and telephone lines to the upper part of my 2 1/2 story house.
They did a great job and Iâ m very happy with the results. Itâ s taken me years to be able to get those cables re-routed as your team did. They made it look simple and did a nice clean job.
The Cox Cable and AT&T managers, foremen and superintendents I had out here several times didnâ t have a clue. They all promised to get back to me and never did. They said it was too high and no place to properly connect to the house. David and Cody figured out a simple, correct solution.
I just wanted to say thank you and I have your company at the top of my list for any future work.
