As the Founder of AFC, I love being able to immediately help Facility Managers, and Decision Makers, by solving the headaches that naturally arise when it comes to keeping their facilities clean. As a former Facility Manager myself, I have a good understanding of what they need and are looking for in a cleaning company - and I get to assemble together the best team of cleaners anywhere - to handle the task so they can focus on other important aspects of managing their buildings.

When I was 15, I worked for a cleaning company, and the owner was the best boss ever! He treated all of his employees to breakfast on Saturday's after we cleaned a chain bookstore. He took us out to lunch often and if we worked late, dinner as well. He paid above the average that other cleaners made - and all of that inspired me to want to be able to do the same one day with my own company - and here we are! We not only pay our cleaners (internal customers) 20-40% above the market wage, we give out recognitions, awards, gift cards, and bonuses. We take them out to eat and see what their long term goals are. We've even coached one into starting his own business. This is what inspires us to grow - so that we can continue not just employing workers - but empowering them to reach their goals!

Services

This is a two step service:
Step 1) We hand wipe all high-touch points in your facility with our CDC approved cleaners including, light switches, door handles & push plates, desktops, chair arms, restroom counters, partitions, & fixtures, break room tables, chairs & counters.
Step 2) Using our Victory Electrostatic Backpack Sprayer we will spray all of these areas with micro droplets 40-110 microns in size. These droplets are given a positive charge which allows them to adhere to each surface and object, with an electrostatic wrap, ensuring each item and surface is properly disinfected.

We provide you with a cleaning team who is trained according to CDC guidelines on the proper Hygienic way to clean in your building.
We utilize an app to communicate with our cleaners and can see each day that they have arrived on your site via geo-fencing technology.
We provide you with weekly inspection reports to see areas that may need further cleaning and areas where are cleaners are consistently performing well.
Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with you - this is an area we are doing well as we currently have a 100% retention rate in an industry where cleaning companies lose 50% of their clients each year. Our system works!
