What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others get out of their own way to achieve what they really want in life. Not exactly sure what you want? Perfect! We'll start at the beginning by uncovering what you truly value and create goals to align with those values. I love having exploratory conversations with others - after all, we are all both the student and the teacher!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve done coaching within public accounting firms for a variety of leaders, managers, and top performers for the last 15+ years. I’ve coached teams/groups from 5 to 55 people as well. What I love most about this work is helping others learn new ways to approach challenges, work with their colleagues more effectively, and feel a sense of confidence in what they do each day. It was in this work that I discovered I am energized by others success! This led me to where I am now… a certified professional leadership coach supporting driven managers and leaders who want to influence and inspire their team to greater results.

Get Unstuck - Leadership Package
This package is typically 3 months and includes the following:

-Leadership Assessment Debrief Session
-Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions
This package is great for those who want to understand how they are currently showing up as a leader and to dig into whether that is keeping them stuck in survival mode or pushing them forward toward their goals.
This package is for professionals that are very smart and should be much more of a leader in their organization.
But they're bogged down by not letting things slip through the cracks and helping others. They don't want to stay in the current cycle of surviving but don't know what else to try...they feel stuck.
