There are not enough words to express how outstanding Angela and her services are. When I first started working out by myself, I hated it and had nothing to show for it.
After Angela started training me, I started getting results and becoming a happier person. She was always in my corner and my biggest supporter; even when disappointed with myself. She always gave me her undivided attention and made me feel important. Never once did I feel any judgement or pity from her. She knew exactly where I was coming from and what my struggles were. Plus, Angela knew how hard to push me without overdoing or anything I could I do. Prior to Angela, I avoided gyms and working out, now after working out with Angela, I know have the confidence to work out in any gym and push myself hard when working out. My favorite bdays were when I worked out with Angela because she pushed me to become a better version of myself.
Never once did Angela have me do a workout or exercise that she wouldn't do herself. She wasn't afraid to get down on the ground and show me an example of how to do this or that exercise. My favorite days were when Angela would do a workout with me, which always made me want to work hard so could be fit like her. All of her training programs with me were strictly designed with only me in mind. After moving from Omaha, the only thing I truly miss is working out with Angela.

I love making sure clients reach the goals they want to reach and get to a healthy lifestyle! I have a full studio with everything you need to reach your goals. One of the key ingredients to all the changes I have made has been a healthy diet.

First begin with their goals and help them to set goals so they can be successful. Also start with an assessment to see where the client is starting.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Lost weight with a trainer and he inspired me to go back to school so I could help other people do what I did. I love helping people reach their goals in a more personalized enviroment.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a trainer who cares about the correct form and is patient with clients and understands that for some clients exercise is new or not easy. I want to help you reach your goals and not use a program that is for everyone that I train. I personalize every program based on an individuals goals and needs!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I clean before and after every client and encourage any clients who are sick to stay home.
