Josh is an excellent therapist. We attended his “Hold Me Tight” class and came away with a much better understanding of each other’s emotions and a better understanding of how to communicate. He is a great therapist, you won’t be disappointed. More...

Services

Bridge the gap of disconnection that has been created by the negative cycles in everyday life.

When we can't touch and be with each other sexually it takes away from how we can connect as a partnership. Most problems have to do with misunderstanding surrounding the emotions of sex and intimacy. Therapy will help to learn what is getting in the way and get you back to connecting!

Addiction is not the problem, it is just the mechanism that is used to deal with the problem. Therapy will help you discover what really going on under the addiction and how to face it and take control!

All three of these things are hard to deal with, but it is possible to break through! Therapy is not about pointing blame at the betrayed or the betrayer; it is about providing a safe place for both to heal and recover. We must learn how both are suffering from misunderstanding and lack of healthy communication.

As human beings we are wired for connection and a need to be loved. When we feel disconnected in our relationships it affects every aspect of our lives. As the gap begins to grow bigger and bigger between us and those we love we lose hope of ever finding our way back to them.

Emotions come in many different forms, Anger is just one of them. It is not my place to judge how you share your emotions, I am hear to listen. Let me help you channel that passion into something healthy!
