Alona Bohoslavets was born in Chernivtsi on July 19, 1985, in a family of technical professionals. But technical professions did not attract Alona at school - she was fascinated by biology, especially - genetics. This encouraged Alona Bohoslavets to apply to the Bukovinian State Medical University in 2002 after finishing school.

What do you love most about your job?

Collaboration. I love that everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. Work-Life Balance. I love that there are great benefits, but also a lot of flexibility within the company structure, which allows me to create my own schedule if needed. I love my job because it allows me to be creative and always learn new things. For example, our company recently added a new type of children's learning videos which based on the game theory, and I had the chance to get the training about how to create that type of program.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After spending a few years as cosmetologist Alona Bohoslavets, I realized that I wanted to go out on my own and start my own business. The best part about starting a business is getting to work with other people – not just our customers, but the team members that make the business possible.
