What do you love most about your job?
I love that I have the ability and capacity to positively affect peoples' lives when I successfully resolve their issues.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the cyber department of a Federal law enforcement organization for nine years and conducted and/or participated in hundreds of online investigations. I realized that I had a vast amount of cyber experience that I could use to assist every day citizens. I created Ally Cyber Investigations with the idea that normal citizens can have an ally in cyberspace, a place that can help resolve their complex and problematic cyber issues.

Absolutely! Projects completed by Ally Cyber Investigations are all online, meaning that our work leverages the World Wide Web. We operate anonymously on secure computers that are behind Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and our investigations can span the globe because we leverage data discovered across the internet.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our work is completed remotely. Therefore, it is not necessary for Ally Cyber Investigations to meet with customers face-to-face, which preempts any Covid-19 protocols.
