Alliance Tax Advocate

I would like to say thank you to miss mirna from alliance. I had filed a bad review on 7/30/2019 after reading a complaint that seemed very similiar to my own. I did tell miss mirna when originally speaking with her that i had another tax advocate company tell me that my state alabama would not budge. I had gotten my hopes so high after speaking with her. She said they had dealt with all fifty states. I assumed they could be able to help. Paying the initial fee had placed a extra burden on my finances. After reading the other review i was wandering if maybe their company was just another scam like so many today. I thought i should make everyone aware i am here to apologize to Alliance. Miss Mirna responded to me today. She was very nice. She explained that they did try to resolve my tax issues. She stated that they had talked to many agents at our state tax dept. . I have no reason to doubt her. I have tried dealing with them myself. She stated they may no longer take cases from our state. I would not blame them. Our state tax dept. Is more than difficult, they are impossible. She also stated that being as they were not able to resolve my case that they are issuing me a full refund of $299.00. I would also like to apologize for posting the incorrect amount they had charged me. I had not checked my records and made a mistake on the pricing. I would reccommend them to anyone looking to resolve their tax issues. In the event anyone has tax issues that is resolvable(unlike mine) that they are a excellent company and will treat you fair. Tried going with Optima Tax which was a HUGE rip off!! I never leave comments, but the amazing service and pricing I received from Alliance Tax was a light year ahead in results and relieving this looming cloud of tax debt that's been a headache for years now.
